We started moving stuff back into the kitchen yesterday – hooray! There is still much to do (finish the drawers, more painting, install cabinet doors and hinges, install beadboard) but we can now use the kitchen on a daily basis.

Alright, so we are taking a break of a few days here while Karen’s mom is in New Hampshire. We took the opportunity to do some cleanup and put the kitchen back in working condition. The sink and new faucet are back in action and we even did a little bit of painting and priming. I never thought a working faucet and dishwasher could be so exciting.

Some more pictures of all the work that has happened recently, including installed cabinets, lots of painting and priming, the sink being removed, the old countertop laminate being taken out, and more finishing work.
